Glycerin is a conventional wetting agent for shihsa tobacco. It furthermore carries the individual aroma and is necessary for the smoke development.
The German tobacco law only allows a Glycerin-concentration of 5% in all tobaccos. Unfortunatly the smoke development is strongly affected by this. For comparison: Hookah tobaccos from Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia have Glycerin-concentrations of ca. 25-30%. Therefore they develope a more intense smoke.
Usage:
You should put ca. 1-2 teaspoons into 50g shisha tobacco. Please leave the mixture several hours untouched, thus the glycerin can fully be absorbed by the tobacco. Rather fill less than more glycerin in the tobacco. Just as muich that the smoke can fully be developed.
